No-Logs Policy
KekeVPN follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing content, destination addresses or browsing histories that could reconstruct browsing activity, or use such information to build marketing profiles.
This service does not persistently store individual connection logs or maintain a history of connection times and exit usage that can be traced back to an account. Temporary state needed to maintain an active connection is used only to run the session and is not retained as connection history after the session ends. Account traffic totals and order records are still handled under this policy; the no-logs policy does not mean account or billing data is not retained.
Website Analytics and Local Storage

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, payment and refund records are retained as needed for transaction verification, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. Website analytics are used only as long as needed for analysis and maintenance, and temporary diagnostic information is cleared after an issue is resolved. There is no single retention period for all data; data is deleted or de-identified when its retention purpose ends.
To access, correct or delete account data, sign in to the panel and describe the scope of your request through the support ticket portal. This service will verify account ownership before processing your request and explain any data that must still be retained and why. Deleting an account may affect subscription delivery and future inquiries. Clearing browser storage does not delete a server-side account or replace a refund request.
